Road Sweep Day

The next big sweep of the roads by Cherwell district Council has been organised for Wednesday 7th December.

Could everyone, as in the past, get their cars off the streets before or at the very least just prior to the sweeper lorry comes around as it makes his task easier and means he collects all the leaves not just some of them.

Apparently we are one of the few villages in the area who actually co-ordinate these exercises and are consider to be exemplary by the district council. So let’s keep up the good work together.

A reminder leaflet will be door dropped just prior to it.
